Title: Director, Corporate Business Development and Mergers and Acquisitions - (CM)
Location: Compound Semiconductor Group - Saxonburg
This job has three core functions:
(a) Assist with developing and coordinating overall II-VI investment strategy.
(b) Facilitate II-VI Mergers and Acquisition-related activities across the company:
Responsible for developing and exploring leads for review with the Corp M&A Committee members. This position will work in conjunction with each Business Unit General Manager or designee to explore leads, develop overall business strategy, conduct any preliminary financial analysis to develop an overall deal strategy and any other necessary data to fully explore each opportunity. Lead on site diligence activities as required for all the functional elements that would participate while ensuring each functional organization participating is prepared to meet the established timeline. Responsible for leading the deal related activities with the target company, II-VI and outside council as necessary. Act as the integration lead to ensure the integration is going according to the develop plan.
(c) Lead business development activities:
Assist with individual Business Units strategy as requested. The function may also work as a business unit General Manager on an interim basis. Assist with business development and restructuring activities. Help with identification of market or business opportunities for new or existing (i.e., in-house) products or technologies.

Title: Senior Account Manager - (TN)
Location: II-VI Saxonburg
II-VI Incorporated is seeking a Senior Account Manager to support our Highyag product line. This position will be located at our Corporate Headquarters in Saxonburg, PA and will report to the Regional Sales Manager. The primary responsibilities include developing and implementing sales strategies, sales budgets and periodic forecasts for the North American Highyag market. The position will be responsible for achieving sales targets and controlling/monitoring expenses and inventory.
