Cover Slide Monitor
The cover slide monitor can be used to check the degree of contamination of the cover slide. Furthermore, breakage of the cover slide is also detected. Regular manual checking or preventive replacement of cover slides is hence no longer necessary.

 

 


Compensation insert
The compensation insert simplifies the set-up process when using a pilot laser in the laser source. It shifts the focus of the pilot laser beam to the focus position of the working laser.

Application Consulting

Our application engineers consult you with process development in order to achieve an optimal system and process set-up for your laser application. On this basis, your application process will be optimized or can be transferred for serial production. In our on-site application laboratories, II-VI HIGHYAG laser processing heads can be tested with diode and fiber lasers up to 8 kW laser power. Here we review the feasibility, fabricate samples and evaluate the process window of your specific application. Various drive systems (industrial robots, cutting gantry systems) are available for this purpose. Contact our application team for your topics about laser welding, laser soldering, laser brazing and laser cutting!

Training & On-site Installation

The safe operation of a laser system is essential. To ensure this from the outset, we offer training tailored to your needs and assist with on-site installation of our products. Training courses include product training for operation, process training, and training in regards to failure analysis and corrective actions for the maintenance personnel.
