Requirements:
Responsible for developing an overall recruiting and selection strategy, documenting the entire recruiting and selection process and being the talent acquisition expert for the Company. The recruiting process will include obtaining manpower requisitions, sourcing and screening qualified and diverse talent, the interview process, testing process, selecting talent, the job offer and new hire orientation. Responsible for providing interview training to all personnel involved with selection and ensuring that II-VI has a well grounded employee value proposition. Responsible for establishing good working relationships with temporary agencies and numerous recruiters, including negotiating their terms.
Job Requirements:
- B.A./B.S. In Human Resources Management/Business or equivalent experience.
- 3-5 years in a staffing role, minimum 5 years in a human resources department, preferably in a manufacturing environment
